Auch abseits von Corona ist die Intensivversorgung von kritisch kranken Menschen ein bedeutender Faktor der Gesundheitsversorgung. 

Wir zeigen auf, für wen sie notwendig sein kann – manchmal schneller als man glaubt. Zum Beispiel nach Unfällen aufgrund riskanten Autofahrens. Dabei kann es auf einen Schlag sogar mehrere Schwerverletzte geben. 

Was aber, wenn nicht ausreichend Intensivbetten frei sind? 

Unser Appell: Fahren Sie vorsichtig! Und schützen Sie sich vor einer Ansteckung mit dem Coronavirus, insbesondere vor einem schweren Verlauf. Impfen hilft.
